Old windows are something that you tin can observe at thrift stores, one thousand sales and flea markets for inexpensive. They are so versatile and can be used indoors or out for unique habitation decorating ideas. My favorite way to use them is simply to identify a seasonal wreath on it. It has a pretty farmhouse await.

ii. Paint the window frame

I wanted the window frame to keep an anile look and didn't want it to be completely covered in paint. To achieve this, I gave it a elementary white launder paint technique. This is basically merely dry brushing white paint around the entire frame. You can still see lots of chips and breaks in the frame. This adds to the shabby expect!

three. Tape The napkin to the window

I wanted to use the pretty chinoiserie floral design that was in the napkins. The easiest fashion was to do that was to tape the napkin to the underside of the window. That way I could trace the blueprint onto the front end of the glass.

4. pigment the flowers onto the window

Use the drinking glass paint marker to trace the design onto the window glass. It's very easy to encounter the design through the drinking glass. The napkin is not as big as each pane, and so you will need to line up the napkin to complete each pane.

5. continue to PAINT THE window

Echo the painting procedure in each window pane until the window is complete. You can also simply pigment a portion of the window and as well utilize more than ane color. It is totally a thing of preference. I actually wanted to stick with the blue and white wait that is throughout my home.

The main tip I have is to accept your time and accept fun with it. I did not consummate this all at in one case. I did a couple of window panes at a fourth dimension. Also, the paint pens make information technology so much easier than really painting with a minor paint brush.
