Order (2) big casement windows for the forepart of my home that accept been installed since June 2021. Sitting down in my living room final month and hear a popular. The inside pane of i of the casements cracked well-nigh vertically straight upwardly and down. Called the company on 2/2/2022 and the lady said someone would call me back. Today I chosen back because I got no response and again gave her all my information and by the finish of the conversation she hung up on me. I never similar to requite out negative reviews without first trying to piece of work with the company. It has been a month and I have not been able to speak with anyone on my issue. I would similar to get the defect fixed or piece of work with the company to repair the window just this lady that answers their phones will not connect me with anyone. I tried to requite the benefit of the doubt to this visitor but I don't know what to exercise anymore. I have been a long fourth dimension customer of theirs from replacing my windows in my previous home to outset to replace in my current home. And so far I accept replaced but (3) windows in my current home and had issues with this same lady existence rude on both of my orders. I am probably going to first shopping effectually for a different visitor after this experience. Similar I stated before, this is the first issues I take had with them and its a shame cause I felt like they had a good production. Employ at your own discretion. Product is expert with the exception of this one window pane but customer service is subpar.

The salesman from Royal arrived on time and spent many hours with me designing my front end door. I knew exactly what I was getting and felt very comfortable in my option. I had met with other companies and was not comfortable with purchasing from them. This is an expensive purchase. The installation took place on time and was extremely professional and well done. Both were pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The doors were ordered and installed in the timeframe stated. The installers were professionals who were neat and organized. I am very happy with the quality of doors and windows from Purple.
